You will gain practical experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation support, and performance testing while working closely with our automation engineering team.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in automation, robotics, mechatronics, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance to develop their technical skills and build a career in the rapidly growing logistics and warehouse automation industry.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>1. Equipment Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on automated warehouse equipment, including AGVs, four-way shuttle systems, and conveyor systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Respond promptly to equipment alarms and operational issues, identify mechanical or electrical problems, and perform basic troubleshooting and system resets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help minimize equipment downtime and maintain smooth warehouse operations.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Equipment Installation &amp; Setup Support</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Assist automation engineers and third-party vendors with the installation, assembly, disassembly, and setup of new equipment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide basic mechanical and electrical support during equipment upgrades, system modifications, and new equipment deployments.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Equipment Testing &amp; Performance Monitoring</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Assist the technical team with equipment testing and commissioning, including unloaded and loaded testing and operational cycle-time verification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect and document equipment performance data and report any abnormalities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the acceptance testing and operational launch of newly installed equipment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Basic Mechanical &amp; Electrical Repairs</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with replacing or repairing basic electrical wiring and equipment components.</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow all company safety policies and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before performing maintenance work.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Associate degree,
