Dasher &amp; Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply &amp; demand, to cost &amp; quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are hiring a Strategy &amp; Operations Senior Associate who will play an integral role in shaping the strategy and execution of the Dasher &amp; Logistics team. You'll tackle some of our highest-priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground across markets, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently.</li> <li>You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren’t afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future.</li> <li>You are able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.
