If you enjoy building meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Reliable transportation is required.</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate personal care and support, including:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)</li> <li>Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting</li> <li>Medication assistance</li> <li>Oral feeding and hydration support</li> <li>Safe transfers and ambulation, including the use of mechanical lifting devices</li> <li>Range of motion exercises</li> <li>Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, and respiration)</li> <li>Light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making</li> <li>Promoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.</li> <li>Minimum of one year of Home Health Aide experience.</li> <li>Successful completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training program.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</li> <li>Successful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation.</li> <li>Ability to meet all New Jersey state requirements.</li> <li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes throughout Hudson County.</li> <li>Weekday daytime availability.</li> </ul> <h2>Why BAYADA?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At BAYADA, our employees are our greatest asset.
