If you have a passion for applying autonomous aviation technologies in a service used by millions of people, then we want to talk to you!</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>This role is the day-to-day backbone of the region's workforce. You'll support your manager on coverage across every site — flagging gaps early and stepping in to close them. Training and compliance, though, are yours to own: you run it, keep it current, and make sure every worker's records stay accurate and audit-ready at all times.</p> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <p>Create an Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Own day-to-day scheduling across every site in the region</li> <li>Monitor and manage our flexible staffing platforms — filling coverage gaps and keeping the workforce pool running smoothly</li> <li>Onboard and train new workers joining the temporary staffing network</li> <li>Keep training and onboarding records accurate and up to date, and run regular check-ins so the team is always ready</li> <li>Help make sure every site stays staffed, every shift — stepping in personally, including as a runner between sites and merchant locations</li> <li>Contribute feedback and ideas that strengthen processes, product experiences, and regional reliability.</li> <li>Identify where training is missing and create new content to close the gap</li> </ul> <p>Team Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Be the first call for your manager — flagging coverage or compliance issues before they turn into bigger problems</li> <li>Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to your teammates and the temporary and contract workforce</li> <li>Build positive, trusted relationships with merchants and local partners</li> </ul> <p>Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Represent the program with professionalism in every interaction</li> <li>Keep your manager in the loop on coverage and training status, clearly and proactively</li> <li>Share on-the-ground observations that help improve the service and strengthen community adoption</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You've done this kind of work before — operations, logistics, scheduling, or leading a team (bonus points for last-mile delivery experience)</li> <li>Comfortable managing a flexible workforce through a staffing platform tool</li> <li>Strong organizational habits — this role owns compliance and training records</li> <li>Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license, as the role requires regional travel between sites and runner coverage to merchant locations</li> <li>A positive, can-do attitude and comfort operating with more autonomy and a broader scope of ownership</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Learn:</h2> <ul> <li>How workforce and scheduling operations power an emerging drone delivery service</li> <li>How to manage a flexible workforce through a staffing platform as the program grows</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership</li> </ul> <p>We expect this position to be filled by 11-30-2026</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 32px;"><strong>Compensation<br></strong></span></p> <p>Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
