Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink will provide fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable.</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Support Starlink&nbsp;Production Machine Maintenance&nbsp;by managing critical spares, maintenance materials, and inventory processes to minimize machine downtime. This role combines hands-on materials execution with cross-functional coordination, metrics tracking, and ERP system ownership.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate across departments to identify critical maintenance work requests, align MRP parts delivery dates with maintenance schedules, and drive resolution with vendors and engineering to reduce downtime risk for planned and unplanned machine interventions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain all maintenance inventory health metrics,&nbsp;supporting the sourcing team by&nbsp;ensuring parts details are&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and up to date with necessary details (measurements, drawings) for quick buy signal actioning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Implement and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;changes to&nbsp;critical spares BOMs&nbsp;and&nbsp;work order&nbsp;procedures to structure&nbsp;spares kits in the ERP system&nbsp;for critical maintenance subassembly rebuilds&nbsp;while ensuring data integrity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and use metrics, queries, and reporting tools to highlight&nbsp;parts&nbsp;shortages, assess schedule risks, and drive corrective actions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the setup and organization&nbsp;of&nbsp;new maintenance inventory locations digitally and physically (lineside, offsite) through&nbsp;partflow&nbsp;inventory routing tool&nbsp;and an approved whitelist&nbsp;to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;inventory flow efficiencies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Analyze inventory location reports to improve data integrity with negative inventory, duplicate locations, unavailable&nbsp;locations&nbsp;and inaccurate inventory quantities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Track long term resolution on inventory receiving escapes/ errors.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with engineering to&nbsp;disposition&nbsp;stagnant and obsolete inventory.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate kitting, picking, tracking, and delivery of spares, tools, and consumables for both planned and unplanned maintenance&nbsp;interventions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with fabrication, engineering, buyers, and suppliers to build make-parts, resolve obsolete items, and secure alternatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor part status, communicate weekly updates and critical path schedules to leadership, and proactively remove blockers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nb
