DashPass is DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority areas, which means you'll influence some of the key parts of our subscriber's experience, generate key insights and test new products. Together, we are building the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain DoorDash’s most loyal customers.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>The Strategy &amp; Operations Associate, DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life. You will lead the strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail or metric trends, think up new ideas and translate them into an actionable test, and make sure we never stop learning &amp; executing.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our best Strategy &amp; Operations Senior Associates are motivated, analytical, creative and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
