The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.</span></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This role is onsite 5 days a week in Milpitas, CA</strong></p> <p>As a warehouse IT specialist, you will help us maintain networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets. A successful candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and strong organizational and analytical skills.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide daily Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations, including network, laptop/desktop, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode and Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, and other IT-related equipment.</li> <li>Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) user access privileges.</li> <li>Maintain, repair/replace, and ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition, including preventative maintenance.</li> <li>Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly IT and Warehouse Inspections.</li> <li>Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, Access Points, MDF/IDF, video conferences, SAN, NAS, surveillance systems, security cameras, and warehouse system-related IT servers, storage, and applications.</li> <li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding.</li> <li>Create basic floor plans and elevation diagrams for building, MDF/IDF, and IT Infrastructure.</li> <li>Create simple project plans for IT Infrastructure and buildouts.</li> <li>Write SOPs and user manuals and provide IT training to end users.</li> <li>Participate in the local implementation of HQ projects.</li> <li>Other projects or tasks assigned by IT and Warehouse Managers and/or /Directors</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.</li> <li>Proficient computer networking skills, such as managing the IT server room network switch/firewall.</li> <li>Experienced in computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS)</li> <li>Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experienced in security camera systems &amp; badge
