Resident Care Coordinator (LPN/RN)– Assisted Living Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton Warrenton, VA Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Our Warrenton community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds. The size of the community allows the RCC to know the residents, families, and care team personally while providing hands-on clinical leadership in a more manageable setting. The RCC oversees resident care, clinical documentation, medication management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day supervision of the resident care team.
