In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, families, field employees, referral sources, and internal partners while helping ensure exceptional service and quality care.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnth _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Responsibilities</h2> <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Coordinate client services and manage a caseload with a strong focus on service quality, continuity, and customer experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Schedule field employees based on client needs, employee availability, and competency to deliver high-quality care.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community partners.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Handle incoming service inquiries, help establish service agreements, and support authorizations and insurance-related coordination.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts for field staff.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Respond to client questions and concerns related to service, scheduling, billing, and overall satisfaction.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Document client and employee issues, incidents, and key interactions to support continuity of care and effective follow-up.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support payroll, billing, and other caseload-related administrative and fiscal responsibilities.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Provide administrative supervision and support to field employees in partnership with office and clinical leaders.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnth _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Qualifications</h2> <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent healthcare experience.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goal achievement.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results and a desire to grow professionally.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Prior supervisory experience preferred.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Healthcare, home care, or recruiting experience is a plus.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multi
