In this role, you will help lead a compassionate team providing personalized in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected to their communities.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Assistive Care is relationship-centered and focused on the whole person. Success in this role means building trust, understanding each client’s goals and preferences, supporting caregivers, and partnering with the office team to deliver dependable, high-quality service.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">About the role</h2> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">The Clinical Manager is a hands-on leadership position that combines client advocacy, care planning, field supervision, staff development, quality oversight, and partnership with office leadership.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You will serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and field employees, a trusted partner to clients and families, and an important member of the Elmsford office team.
