<p></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">YQN is a fast-growing, technology-driven international logistics platform, and we're looking for a bilingual <strong>HR Business Partner (HRBP)</strong> to support our growing U.S. operations.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational needs, and people-related priorities.</li> <li>Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.</li> <li>Support employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.</li> <li>Handle employee concerns and support workplace investigations when needed.</li> <li>Partner with recruiting and HR teams on hiring, onboarding, policies, and HR programs.</li> <li>Ensure HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal and state employment laws.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>3–5+ years of HR experience</strong>, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.</li> <li>Experience partnering with managers and supporting frontline or operational teams.</li> <li>Strong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.</li> <li><strong>Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required.</strong></li> <li>Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> <li>Paid sick leave</li> <li>Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates</li> </ul> <p></p>
