We are seeking a Client Growth Manager, Insurance to identify, develop, and expand insurance and benefits opportunities within our existing customer base. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on helping clients maximize the value of PrismHR's insurance, advisory, and benefits solutions while driving revenue growth and long-term customer success. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic growth plans for an assigned portfolio of PrismHR customers. Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' current benefit offerings, business goals, employee needs, and insurance strategies. Identify and qualify opportunities across employee benefits, advisory services, voluntary benefits, broker services, and other insurance solutions. Partner with Benefit Sales Consultants and internal teams to move opportunities through quoting, contracting, implementation, and adoption. Build trusted relationships with PEOs, ASOs, payroll providers, and HR outsourcing organizations. Lead customer planning discussions and strategic business reviews, presenting tailored recommendations and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Leadership teams to advance customer initiatives. Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline information within Salesforce. Monitor pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and revenue opportunities while providing regular business updates and forecasts. Serve as a key liaison for carrier, broker, and solution-provider partners. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, account management, customer growth, or consultative sales. Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. Proven success growing revenue and expanding services within existing customer accounts. Experience building relationships with brokers, carriers, employers, and benefits stakeholders. Strong consultative selling, discovery, and executive communication skills. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience with PEOs, ASOs, HR technology, payroll services, or benefits administration platforms is highly preferred. Health & Life Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one. Why Join PrismHR?
