We are looking for an Assistant Manager of PreCare Operations for our team in Missouri.</span></p> <p><em><span data-contrast="none">This is a hybrid position.</span></em></p> <p><strong>Department &amp; Position Overview:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-contrast="none">FreedomCare’s Missouri operations support Consumer Directed Services (CDS) and In Home Services (HIS), Medicaid home and community-based services models that allows eligible participants who can direct their own care to choose and manage the attendants who help them live independently at home.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":259}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">The Assistant Manager of PreCare Operations is a key member of the Missouri Operations leadership team, responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight across HomeCare Sales, Intake, and Onboarding. This role ensures prospective patients and caregivers experience a coordinated, responsive, and efficient journey from initial inquiry through enrollment and service activation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":25,"335559739":280,"335559740":271,"335559991":10}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Working closely with the Manager of Operations, state leadership, and cross-functional partners, the Assistant Manager supports consistent execution of enrollment processes, achievement of growth and conversion goals, and compliance with applicable program, payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.</span><span data-contrast="none"> This role directly manages Team Leads and develops frontline leaders to build high-performing teams focused on </span><span data-contrast="none">lead response, conversion, intake completion, document collection, eligibility, onboarding, time to activation, building external state relationships, and overall pipeline health.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":25,"335559739":280,"335559740":271,"335559991":10}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Every Day You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight across assigned PreCare functions, including HomeCare Sales, Intake, Onboarding, and related enrollment support workflows.</li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Directly manage, coach, and develop Team Leads, ensuring frontline leaders have clear expectations, performance support, development plans, and accountability routines.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Monitor enrollment workflows, lead queues, intake pipelines, onboarding progress, case aging, escalations, and team capacity to ensure timely progression from inquiry through service activation.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Drive performance against established KPIs, including lead response, conversion, intake completion, document col
