Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong emotional intelligence, and be<br>able to work well in a team.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers successfully.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-teams="true">Pay rates typically range between $20-23 hourly depending on experience with a 401k, health, dental, vision and life insurance.</span></strong></p> <hr> <p><strong><em><u>These are hybrid positions that will require all employees to commute into our FreedomCare Georgia office 2-3 days per week.
