<div class="content-intro"><p><img style="display: none; max-width: 100%;" src="https://click.appcast.io/greenhouse-te8/a31.png?ent=34&amp;e=22630&amp;t=1701374353806" width="1px"> <img style="display: none; max-width: 100%;" src="https://track.jobadx.com/v1/i.gif?utm_pixel=224e990b-8ff4-4287-8d5d-2ff09647f181&amp;utm_ptz=EST&amp;utm_rqt=track" alt="" width="1"></p></div><h2><strong>About the Team&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>The Commercial Operations team is part of the Sales Strategy and Operations organization and plays a unique role in accelerating deal velocity while maintaining deal accuracy and compliance.&nbsp; We partner closely with sales across all lines of businesses to help close deals faster, more efficiently, and accurately.</p> <p>As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to define, operationalize, measure, and scale the future state of how our team partners with and deliver impact to sales.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role driving the current and future state success of our team and the sales business.&nbsp; In this role, help build and execute our team strategy, own team capacity planning, be the subject matter expert on our data, generate deep insights and recommendations on how to improve deal velocity and accuracy, and own the delivery of projects and programs that impact sales across all lines of businesses.</p> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Analyze - Harness data through CRM reports, SQL, spreadsheets, and AI (e.g. Claude, Chat GPT) to convert data into insights into action</li> <li>Strategize - Conduct deep dives to products recommendations, define and quantify problem statements, and take a structured approach to solving problems</li> <li>Collaborate - Build strong relationships with a wide array of partners and stakeholders and help connect dots between teams and influence decision making</li> <li>Execute - Get things done to deliver impact through scrappy and/or structured methodologies</li> <li>Inform - Communicates the right things to the right people at the right level and the right time</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher</li> <li>You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred</li> <li>You can deeply understand complex processes and produce end to end documentation and processes and workflows (Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc, or similar process mapping tooling)</li> <li>You are a versatile problem solver who takes a structured approach in identify, sizing, and solving problems through strong project/program management capabilities</li> <li>You can manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude + Snowflake Integrations)</li> <li>You analyze data sets to generate insight, conduct sizing of estimated impact of current and future states, and can build data models to estimate future work</li> </ul> <p>We expect this position to be filled by 10/14/26.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 32px;"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p> <p>The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
