<p>&nbsp;</p> <h1>Registered Nurse (RN) – Senior Living Visits</h1> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Full-Time | Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth &amp; Union Counties, NJ</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs in Monmouth County Only!</strong></p> <h2>Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse (RN) at BAYADA Home Health Care</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> for a full-time opportunity with our <strong>new Central NJ Senior Living team</strong>, a Medicare-certified home health office.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This position provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to <strong>adult and geriatric clients</strong> living in assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities serving individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout <strong>Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties, NJ</strong>.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As a BAYADA Registered Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients while providing high-quality clinical care in the place they call home. You'll work independently while being supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team that values your clinical expertise.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>This position may also include seeing clients in traditional home health community settings.</strong></p> <h2>How You’ll Make an Impact:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Provide skilled nursing visits to clients throughout designated senior living communities and territories.</li> <li>Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on client needs.</li> <li>Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform physician-ordered treatments and procedures.</li> <li>Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical Manager or Client Services Manager.</li> <li>Follow, execute, and accurately document physician orders.</li> <li>Provide case management and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.</li> <li>Educate clients and caregivers to promote health, safety, and independence.</li> <li>Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using BAYADA's electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li> <li>Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical nursing experience.</li> <li>Medical-surgical experience preferred.</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.</li> <li>Home health or senior living experience preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.</li> <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.</li> <li>Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.</li> <li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout <strong>Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties</strong>.</li> </ul> <h2>Why BAYADA?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At BAYADA, our employees are our greatest asset.
