This is an excellent opportunity for a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> with strong clinical skills who is ready to step into an <strong>RN leadership role</strong> while remaining clinically engaged.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p>As an <strong>RN Manager</strong>, you will support both patients and nursing staff while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.</p> <h4>Lead &amp; Support</h4> <ul> <li>Supervise and mentor <strong>Registered Nurses (RNs), RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff</strong></li> <li>Provide clinical leadership and guidance for complex cases and urgent situations</li> </ul> <h4>Ensure Quality Care</h4> <ul> <li>Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans as a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong></li> <li>Utilize the RN Designee visit team to facilitate and conduct supervisory visits ensuring safe, effective, and family-centered care</li> </ul> <h4>Collaborate &amp; Communicate</h4> <ul> <li>Partner with physicians, therapists, schools, and families to coordinate care</li> <li>Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth transitions of care</li> </ul> <h4>Grow the Team</h4> <ul> <li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of <strong>Registered Nurse and LPN staff</strong></li> <li>Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Active RN license in Delaware (required)</strong></li> <li><strong>2+ years of Registered Nurse experience</strong> (home care or pediatrics preferred)</li> <li>Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn</li> <li>Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility for virtual visits</li> </ul> <p>Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
