As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with your clients.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required.</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Provide skilled nursing visits to clients throughout designated territories.</li> <li>Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and other physician-ordered nursing interventions.</li> <li>Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager.</li> <li>Complete comprehensive nursing assessments as needed.</li> <li>Execute and document physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li> <li>Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, interventions, and outcomes using BAYADA's electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Current New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.</li> <li>Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience as an LPN.</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program.</li> <li>Home health experience strongly preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.</li> <li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.</li> </ul> <h2>Why BAYADA?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At BAYADA, our employees are our greatest asset.
