We are looking for a <strong>Regulatory Affairs Associate</strong></span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">for our <strong>Compliance</strong> team.</span></p> <p><strong>Department & Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Associate who can also own policies and procedures (P&P) management to ensure our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate, monitor regulatory developments, prepare and submit licensing materials and maintain internal P&Ps across the organization. This role supports multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely approvals and ongoing adherence to standards.</p> <p><strong>Everyday You Will:</strong></p> <p><strong>Regulatory Monitoring & Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Manager of Regulatory Affairs to track and communicate changes in local, regional, national, and international regulations that impact on our business.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain a regulatory strategy aligned with business goals and timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all contracts with state and county agencies, Medicaid payors, and MCOs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead Change of Ownership (CHOW) applications and lead the state licensure process for new markets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract Oversight & Documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation in support of contracts.</li> <li>Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing agreements.</li> <li>Maintain meticulous records of contracts, licensing documents, and compliance filings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application & Renewal Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the submission and tracking of new state Medicaid applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and timely.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Policies & Procedures (P&P) management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain comprehensive P&Ps that reflect regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li> <li>Maintain a centralized P&P governance framework, including version control, approval workflows, and change management.</li> <li>Ensure P&Ps are accessible</li> <li>Manage the lifecycle of P&Ps (creation, review, approval, distribution, training, obsolescence).</li> <li>Coordinate with Compliance and Operations to ensure P&Ps are accurate and enforceable.</li> <li>Additional Compliance duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Will Possess:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Policy, or a related field (required).</li> <li>Minimum
