Manager, Sales Development - LATAM (Spanish Speaking)

<p>As a Manager, Sales Development, you will hire, mentor, develop, and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</em>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hire, oversee, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR)</li> <li>Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs, cater strategically to each prospect, and handle potential objections</li> <li>Motivate your team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives to meet all goals</li> <li>Provide growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives</li> <li>Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienced in hi-tech direct sales</li> <li>Motivated by helping people grow</li> <li>Familiar with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven in your written and verbal communication</li> <li>Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management</li> <li>Able to work cross-functionally, leveraging your organizational and time management expertise</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish</li> </ul> <p><em>Datadog values people from all walks of life.
