The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.</span></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, New Jersey</p> <p><strong>About this Role</strong></p> <p>Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with the delivery drivers on a day to day basis.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify the orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software</li> <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure sufficient driver pool ready for the business&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to understand drivers performance and providing the necessary support</li> <li>Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations</li> <li>Daily, weekly, monthly reporting in regards to delivery performance for the warehouse</li> <li>Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to deliver packages if needed</li> <li>Ability to perform basic fleet maintenance&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouse</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.</li> <li>2+ years of logistic or Warehouse operations experience</li> <li>1+ years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, use of AI Tools, and ability to handle large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, data visualization and make informed decision</li> <li>Must have a valid driver license</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li> <li>Ability to deliver packages as needed</li> <li>Ability to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditions</li> <li>Ability to work one day on the weekends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Company Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
