They craft innovative solutions that guide users through the most complicated challenges of running (and working for) a small business, with ease. They deeply understand complex regulatory spaces like FinTech, Healthcare, and HRTech, and have a keen intuition for how to connect threads across our customers’ needs and our business’ risk management and commercialization strategy. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working across complex spaces (Fintech, Healthcare, HR Tech - all with serious policy/regulatory environments).&nbsp; Care is at the center of everything we do, and you’ll need to love talking with customers and engaging with our Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to make sure that care is coming through in every part of our customers’ experience.&nbsp; You’ll be joining a diverse community of craftspeople who are passionate about learning, uphold exceptionally high standards of quality, and foster an environment of strategic thinking where product people can reach new heights.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>About the role&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>The Product Foundations &amp; Time domain stewards the core experiences, infrastructure, and workforce tools that underpin how administrators and their employees navigate, track, and manage their work on Justworks. It owns the systems that enable accurate time tracking, PTO and time-off management, mobile access, reporting, navigation, and shared product surfaces, forming the reliable, high-performance foundation that supports every Justworks product and empowers businesses to stay compliant, productive, and connected.</p> <p>Within Product Foundations &amp; Time, the Time mission team owns how Justworks customers manage workforce time: time off and time worked. Time Off covers leave policies, PTO balances, and the workflows admins and employees use to request and approve time away. Time Worked covers how hours are captured, reviewed, and passed to payroll across Justworks' customer base.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager on Time, you’ll play a high-impact role dri
