The Associate, GOC Analyst will play a key role in designing and delivering this next-generation security experience.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are hiring a GOC Analyst to support DoorDash’s 24/7 Global Operations Center. Reporting to the GOC Manager, this role is responsible for real-time monitoring, incident triage, and operational response to protect DoorDash’s people, assets, and operations. As a frontline operator, you will serve as the first line of defense during emerging incidents—monitoring systems, assessing risk, executing SOPs, and escalating issues quickly and accurately. In addition to core operational response, you will apply foundational analytical skills to validate information, distinguish signal from noise, provide clear operational context that supports timely escalation and informed decision-making.
