Recruiting Manager

<p></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">YQN is a fast-growing, technology-driven international logistics platform, and we're looking for a bilingual <strong>Recruiting Manager</strong> to support the continued growth of our U.S. operations.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">In this role, you will lead recruiting strategy and execution across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across U.S. operations.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.</li> <li>Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.</li> <li>Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.</li> <li>Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.</li> <li>Support and guide recruiters or recruiting coordinators as the team grows.</li> <li>Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.</strong></li> <li>Recruiting leadership or team management experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience with high-volume recruiting; warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations recruiting is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.</li> <li><strong>Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is strongly preferred.</strong></li> <li>Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Competitive compensation, depending on experience</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> <li>Paid sick leave</li> <li>Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates</li> </ul> <p></p>
