We are looking for an<strong> Intake Specialist I for our team.</strong></p> <p><strong><em><span class="TextRun SCXW265421915 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW265421915 BCX0">This position is a hybrid role and will require you to work from our Indianapolis, IN office 3 times a week.&nbsp;</span></span></em></strong></p> <p><strong>Department &amp; Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>As an Intake Specialist you will work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process. You will be working closely with the Patient's Case Manager, as well as inter-departmental teams within the business to ensure a quick and efficient turn-around time to get them on Care. You will be providing seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. You'll pride yourself on your ability to problem solve and take ownership for each customer request ensuring that we always do the right thing for our members.</p> <p><strong>Every Day You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for all prospective clients into the SFC program</li> <li>Be the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers or pending enrollees</li> <li>Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete</li> <li>Consistently meet monthly completed Start of Care (SOC)</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregiver</li> <li>Regular communication with a variety of Case Management agencies regarding patient authorizations</li> <li>Navigate multiple systems and portals to determine eligibility and obtain authorization</li> <li>Regularly achieve monthly new enrollee goals</li> <li>Maintain data input, scheduling, document uploading and initiate patient enrollment confirmation or rejection communications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Will Possess:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment</li> <li>Motivated to help patients/caregivers with the drive to exceed open case targets and metrics</li> <li>Must have poise and patience when dealing with clients
