You think beyond simple layouts, in terms of user journeys and workflows. You know when to rely on established design systems and when—and how—to extend those systems.</p> <p>You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and thrive as part of a cross-functional team. Your work is grounded in empathy for users, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering practical outcomes that help users make informed choices.<br><br></p> <h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1> <p>As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and deliver design solutions to business-critical efforts, creating seamless first impressions and long-term engagement paths for our small business customers and their employees. You will partner closely with peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategic opportunities and bring coherent experiences to life.</p> <h1><strong>Your Success Profile</strong></h1> <h2><strong>What You Will Work On</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and deliver intuitive, polished user interfaces that that guide users through complex decisions and transitions, reduce friction, and build customer trust from first touch through ongoing engagement.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define scope and align on user and business goals.</li> <li>Participate in discovery efforts and leverage insights to frame design problems and translate them into actionable solutions.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Pair with cross-functional partners to test, iterate, and launch impactful experiences.</li> <li>Partner with peers in other design teams to extend and adapt design patterns and systems where necessary.</li> <li>Help guide and support less-experienced designers contributing to shared efforts.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How You Will Do Your Work</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Product Designer, how results are achieved is as important as the results themselves.
