This is a fully virtual position focused on comprehensive and longitudinal management of&nbsp; a new patient panel. You will play a foundational role in expanding One Medical's virtual primary care footprint, combining clinical excellence with a proactive, growth-oriented approach to patient engagement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Working On</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducting virtual visits across a broad spectrum of primary care needs including acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care</li> <li>Establishing strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care</li> <li>Collaborating with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to coordinate comprehensive care</li> <li>Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning through other modalities</li> <li>Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues as part of a virtual care team</li> <li>Contributing to the development and refinement of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently licensed in <strong>WA</strong>, with the willingness and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed</li> <li>Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program</li> <li>Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting</li> <li>Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date</li> <li>Active state medical license with willingness to obtain addition
