Our client is a quadriplegic due to being involved in a motorcycle accident. He is a nice, gentle young man that can communicate his needs. He is pleasant and enjoys the company of his nurses! He needs help with PC/ADLs, transfers, medications, PO feed full assist, and bowel program. He has a SPC that requires flushing and changing. There is a newly installed overhead lift system in the house, that makes transfers a breeze! He loves it when the nurses just hang out and talk with him.
