Dasher &amp; Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply &amp; demand, to cost &amp; quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are hiring for associates to join our Dasher &amp; Logistics team in a new rotational program that will span across different areas of the portfolio. You'll work on KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You will move daily metrics, run a/b tests, launch new initiatives and so much more while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance and other folks on strategy &amp; operations. Rotations will span between 6-8 months and you will report directly into high performing managers on the Dasher &amp; Logistics team.</p> <p>You’ll be an individual contributor. We operate in a hybrid and spend a few days a month in person together! You must currently be based in New York or San Francisco.
