High Acuity Pediatric RN –Float Pool - Weekends

<p><strong>Our Pediatric Clients Would Love to Meet You</strong></p> <p><strong>This position offers premium pay for weekend commitment - $50/hr for qualified pediatric nurses.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs. This role offers the unique combination of float pool flexibility with<strong> schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay</strong>. You will deliver care across our high-acuity pediatric cases, assist new clients with hospital to home transition, train nurses and cover critical openings.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver advanced nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).</li> <li>Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.</li> <li>Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.</li> <li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Guaranteed Hours &amp; Schedule Terms</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Predictable Hours </strong>with a set schedule.</li> <li><strong>Advance Notice </strong>to maintain work-life balance.</li> <li><strong>Protected Compensation:</strong> If a scheduled client cancels or has a shift reduction, your pay remains intact while you remain available for alternative clinical reassignments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active, unencumbered RN license in NJ.</li> <li>Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric experience required.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).</li> <li>Current BLS/CPR Certification.</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you want to be appreciated, come to BAYADA.</strong></p> <p>BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Camden County Skilled Nursing team.
