Sr. Product Manager, Menu & 3P

Sr. Product Manager, Menu, 3P & Agentic Ordering

The Senior Product Manager, Menu, 3P & Agentic Ordering will own the product strategy and roadmap for sweetgreen’s menu architecture and our off-platform channels. That covers third-party delivery marketplaces and new channels such as agentic ordering, where guests order through AI assistants and agents. You’ll own how we build, price, and present our menu on every ordering surface, from our app to Uber Eats to an AI assistant acting for a guest. You’ll also tie the investment in each channel to clear business results. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, finance, and marketing. It needs someone who can turn commercial agreements, technical constraints, and operational realities into a simple guest experience that’s profitable for the business.

You will:

Set direction and OKRs for menu, 3P, and agentic ordering. Define success criteria where they don’t exist yet, and turn unclear goals into measurable outcomes the team can execute against.

Own the 3P channel roadmap, managing the product relationship with delivery partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub), including menu syndication, markup configuration, promotions, and platform-specific requirements.

Build and scale agentic ordering as a channel. Define how sweetgreen’s menu, customization, pricing, location, and checkout show up when an AI agent orders for a guest. Shape the structured data, APIs, and guardrails that make agent-led orders accurate, on-brand, and conversion-ready.

Own end-to-end menu architecture, including item structure, modifiers, pricing logic, and how new products (like Create Your Own and LTOs) are configured across app, web, kiosk, 3P marketplaces, and AI agent surfaces.

Tie channel investment to business results. Read performance across channels (order accuracy, menu uptime, partner SLA compliance, conversion, channel profitability, and guest satisfaction) and use those insights to decide where to invest and what to stop.

Create and share insights that change how the business thinks about off-platform demand, including how guests discover and order sweetgreen through AI agents compared with marketplaces and owned channels.

Lead without authority. Guide a cross-functional team of Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations toward shared outcomes. Align stakeholders with competing priorities, make clear prioritization calls, and unblock work across teams.

Build durable processes and integrated systems for menu publishing and syndication, so a single change flows correctly to every channel. Include Operations needs like Infinite Kitchen constraints, item availability, and 86'ing workflows.

Manage tools, vendors, and partner relationships, including some budget responsibility for menu-management platforms, marketplace integrations, and AI platform partnerships.

Bring new solutions without being asked. Stay ahead of trends in delivery marketplaces, AI and agentic commerce, and menu personalization, and turn them into bets with clear hypotheses and success measures.

Desired traits:

A business-minded product leader who reads indicators well, sets OKRs, and ties every roadmap decision to a measurable result

A systems thinker who can work through complex integrations across POS, menu-management platforms, marketplace APIs and AI/agent protocols

Someone who gives direction in ambiguity, especially in an emerging channel like agentic ordering where the playbook is still being written

An influential cross-functional partner who rallies stakeholders and external partners around shar
