This role is the primary on-site driver of hour-by-hour and day-by-day progress for critical heavy-lift and transport activities that enable fleet readiness and vehicle movements. The Supervisor takes requests from engineering and various fleet owning teams and executes by building, retaining, and managing a high-performing team; allocating labor and fleet assets; prioritizing repairs and critical path needs; and owning maintenance based operational metrics. The Supervisor is a key enabler of a productive, fun, and hard-working culture and is expected to be an inspiring leader who frequently works side-by-side with the fleet maintenance team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage a team of technicians specializing in a large variety of equipment repair</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead and manage staff technicians, including all performance management, coaching, and development activities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Oversee fleet asset utilization for both heavy and light duty equipment.
