In this rehabilitation leadership role, you will help oversee therapy services throughout Ocean County while supporting a team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists who help clients recover, regain function, and remain safely at home.</p> <p>BAYADA’s Home Health services bring skilled nursing and therapy directly to clients in the comfort of home. This Rehabilitation Manager position is ideal for a clinician who wants to lead a therapy team while remaining connected to clients, families, referral partners, and the communities served by OCV.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists</li> <li>Provide clinical and operational oversight for home-based rehabilitation services throughout Ocean County</li> <li>Support high-quality, coordinated therapy care from referral through discharge</li> <li>Partner with therapists to promote individualized treatment planning and meaningful client outcomes</li> <li>Support care coordination among therapists, nurses, physicians, clients, families, and other members of the care team</li> <li>Review documentation, care plans, and service delivery for accuracy, timeliness, quality, and compliance</li> <li>Monitor client progress, satisfaction, continuity of care, and therapy-related service needs</li> <li>Facilitate orientation, onboarding, competency development, and ongoing education for rehabilitation staff</li> <li>Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to therapists</li> <li>Participate in hiring, interviewing, and workforce planning for rehabilitation positions</li> <li>Partner with the Director and Clinical Manager on staffing, scheduling, referrals, service delivery, and office performance</li> <li>Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and regulatory-readiness activities</li> <li>Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, referral sources, clients, families, and community partners</li> <li>Represent BAYADA in the community and support growth through excellent service and reputation</li> <li>Model The BAYADA Way and help build a positive, mission-driven, team-oriented culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current professional license or credential in an applicable rehabilitation discipline, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology</li> <li>Experience providing rehabilitation services in home health, community-based care, or a related clinical setting</li> <li>Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to support coordinated, outcomes-focused care across an interdisciplinary team</li> <li>Comfort using electronic documentation and communication systems</li> <li>Ability to travel throughout Ocean County and surrounding communities as needed</li> <li>Commitment to com
