We are seeking an upbeat, people-focused Recruiter to join our growing TEM office and help build a team of compassionate professionals serving the Phoenix area.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting or hiring who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of quality care, and is motivated by meaningful work.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for the office.</li> <li>Connect with prospective candidates by phone and build strong, positive relationships.</li> <li>Help identify candidates who are the right fit for BAYADA and the people we serve.</li> <li>Partner with the office team to support hiring goals and continued growth.</li> <li>Coordinate recruiting activities, follow up with candidates, and help create a welcoming candidate experience.</li> <li>Contribute to a collaborative, supportive office environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in high volume recruiting, hiring, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people by phone.</li> <li>An upbeat, relationship-oriented approach.</li> <li>The ability to understand and communicate the importance of high-quality care.</li> <li>Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.</li> <li>A genuine commitment to BAYADA’s mission and the communities we serve.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Schedule and location</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.</li> <li>On-site at 7975 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.</li> <li>Supporting the Phoenix territory.</li> <li>No ongoing travel is required.
