In this growing and dynamic environment, we offer exciting career paths for nurses like you.</p> <p>The&nbsp;<strong>Rehab/Clinical Manager</strong> is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring that all home health services comply with Medicare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. This leadership role supports the development of staff, promotes adherence to best practices, and ensures optimal patient outcomes through data-driven performance improvement initiatives. They will lead and support a team of clinicians in delivering Medicare-certified home health services.
