The facility primarily handles large and bulky products and supports approximately 30–80 employees, depending on business volume.</p> <p data-start="1017" data-end="1107">A commuting allowance and work visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.</p> <h2 data-section-id="r8dte7" data-start="1109" data-end="1128">Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="1130" data-end="2096"> <li data-section-id="h2pux8" data-start="1130" data-end="1277">Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, returns, and outbound shipping.</li> <li data-section-id="1basqb6" data-start="1278" data-end="1385">Lead and develop a team of approximately 30–80 employees, including direct employees and temporary labor.</li> <li data-section-id="eezp5i" data-start="1386" data-end="1486">Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance, attendance, retention, and employee relations.</li> <li data-section-id="1hudoj6" data-start="1487" data-end="1592">Ensure the safe and efficient handling, storage, loading, and unloading of large or oversized products.</li> <li data-section-id="1fa3v8u" data-start="1593" data-end="1714">Monitor operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, safety, and on-time completion.</li> <li data-section-id="1q7sua1" data-start="1715" data-end="1828">Conduct daily operational meetings and ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1yl1goa" data-start="1829" data-end="1929">Coordinate with HR, staffing agencies, transportation, customer service, and other internal teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1qnt7on" data-start="1930" data-end="2042">Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency.</li> <li data-section-id="hcis22" data-start="2043" data-end="2096">Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1fm6vrb" data-start="2098" data-end="2115">Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="2117" data-end="2685"> <li data-section-id="l9e92x" data-start="2117" data-end="2176">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.</li> <li data-section-id="44a698" data-start="2177" data-end="2279">At least 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory or management experience.</li> <li data-section-id="1tvybqc" data-start="2280" data-end="2384">Experience in large-item, furniture, appliance, freight, or similar warehouse operations is preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="1hp115m" data-start="2385" data-end="2469">Knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory control, and warehouse safety processes.</li> <li data-section-id="mjrg8i" data-start="2470" data-end="2547">Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-section-id="tuwen8" data-start="2548" data-end="2616">Experience working with warehouse management systems is preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="x9k3ne" data-start="2617" data-end="2685">Professi
