We are seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>Rehabilitation Manager</strong> to support the MEF Senior Living Home Health office and help advance high-quality rehabilitation services across Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia.</p> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">This role is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to bring strong clinical judgment, operational leadership, and a genuine commitment to clients, families, and care teams. The Rehabilitation Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight in partnership with the Director and the local CSM/CM team.&nbsp;</p> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntg"> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Provide rehabilitation leadership and operational oversight for the MEF Senior Living Home Health office and assigned service area.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Partner with the Director and local CSM/CM office team to support clinical quality, service excellence, employee engagement, and positive client outcomes.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Help ensure rehabilitation workflows, office priorities, and operational processes are executed consistently and effectively.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities, solve problems, and follow through on priorities while remaining collaborative and connected to the broader team.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Support clinicians through coaching, collaboration, and field-based engagement as appropriate to the needs of the office and service area.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, employees, referral partners, physicians, facility partners, and other healthcare professionals.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Monitor team and operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on practical solutions.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Participate in supervisory visits and accompany clinicians in the field as the role develops and operational needs arise.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Collaborate with the Director on team goals, performance expectations, staffing needs, and day-to-day operational priorities.</p> </li
