I</strong>n this hourly, office-based role, you will support field nurses and clients by coordinating high-quality clinical care, ensuring excellent service, and living out <strong>The BAYADA Way</strong> of compassion, excellence, and reliability every day.</p> <h3 data-pm-slice="1 5 []">Clinical Associate Responsibilities</h3> <p class="wnfdnte">As a <strong>Clinical Associate</strong>, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte"><strong>Support field staff onboarding &amp; development</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new nurses.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Coordinate and/or perform clinical skills checks and competency reviews.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Provide ongoing coaching and support to field clinicians to promote safe, high-quality care.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte"><strong>Promote clinical quality &amp; compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Help ensure care plans are up to date and reflect current client needs.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Assist with quality initiatives, incident follow-up, and performance improvement activities.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte"><strong>Enhance client experience &amp; outcomes</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Support timely scheduling and coordination of care in collaboration with the office team.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Partner with the Clinical Manager and Director to address changes in client condition or concerns.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field staff, reinforcing The BAYADA Way in every interaction.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte"><strong>Collaborate across the office team</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Work closely with recruiting, client services, and leadership to match the right nurse to the right client.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Participate in case conferences, office meetings, and training sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3 data-pm-slice="1 3 []">Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Current <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> license in good standing in the state of <strong>North Carolina</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">At least <strong>2 years of recent clinical nursing experience</strong> (home care, med-surg, critical care, or similar preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Demonstrated commitment to <strong>compassion, excellence, and reliability</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Comfort with basic computer skills and electronic documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdnte">Ability to travel locally for occasional field/ supervisory visits as needed.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule &amp; Work Environment</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Full-time, exempt</strong> leadership role.</li> <li><strong>Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm</strong>, with flexibility based on client and team needs.</li> <li>Participation in an <strong>on-call rotation</strong> as needed to support the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan, includ
