# Full-Time Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a **Full-Time Construction Superintendent** for a **new ground-up construction project in New York City**. ### Requirements * Valid **NYC DOB Construction Superintendent (CS) license required** * Experience with **new ground-up construction** * Responsible for **site safety management, daily site supervision, and coordination** * Strong communication and subcontractor coordination skills * Ability to assist with **overall construction/project management** is a plus * Must be available **6 days per week** * Must be legally authorized to work and **on payroll (W-2/tax reporting required)** ### Benefits * Vacation pay * Paid sick leave * Health insurance can be discussed based on the candidate This is a **full-time, long-term position** for someone who can take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, safety, and construction coordination.
