The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and inspire a talented team, grow community relationships, and ensure the office delivers reliable, high-quality care.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Lead the Denver Assistive Care office with a visible, collaborative, and service-oriented leadership style.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Set direction for office operations, priorities, and performance while keeping clients and families at the center of decisions.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Develop, coach, recognize, and retain team members across client services, care management, recruiting, and office support functions.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, community partners, and other healthcare professionals.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support business development through community outreach, relationship-building, service education, and local marketing efforts.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Monitor operational and financial performance, including census, revenue, staffing, service quality, client experience, and other key performance indicators.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Promote compliance with BAYADA policies, applicable regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner with clinical and operational leaders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and strengthen continuity of care.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Respond to urgent office or client needs and participate in on-call support as needed.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Create a culture grounded in compassion, excellence, reliability, honesty, and teamwork.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Bachelor’s degree leading an office, service operation, or healthcare team.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Experience managing people, operations, budgets, performance goals, and customer or client relationships
