<h2>Nurse Manager, Habilitation (I/DD) Services</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Habilitation (I/DD) office as a Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and support field staff while helping ensure clients receive exceptional care and services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.</p> <h2>As a Nurse Manager, you will:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care</li> <li>Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas</li> <li>Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation</li> <li>Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff</li> <li>Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes</li> <li>Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for clinical staff</li> <li>Conduct competency evaluations for new and tenured employees</li> <li>Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and education to field staff</li> <li>Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field employees</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications for a Nurse Manager:</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required</li> <li>Prior supervisory or leadership experience required</li> <li>At least 1 year of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred</li> <li>Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff</li> <li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed</li> </ul> <h2>BAYADA Offers:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Base salary</strong>: <em>$85,000-$90,000 annually&nbsp;</em></li> <li><strong>Weekly pay</strong></li> <li><strong>Monday-Friday schedule</strong></li> <li><strong>Benefits</strong>: BAYADA Home Health Care offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program</li> <li>To learn more about BAYADA Home Health Care benefits, visit:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.bayada.com/benefits?gh_src=lpiuwgry2">https://www.bayada.com/benefits</a></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Join BAYADA and become part of a team committed to supporting individuals with I/DD while helping you grow as a clinical leader.
