A typical full-time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care*, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient facing day. <span class="EOP Selected SCXW147502056 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":279}">  A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for this role.  *Remote care days are subject to change based on utilization and business discretion.    Employment type: <ul> <li>Full-time </li> </ul> What you’ll be working on: <ul> <li>Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits</li> <li>Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits</li> <li>Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities</li> <li>Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams</li> <li>Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures </li> <li>Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states</li> </ul> Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: <ul> <li>Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification </li> <li>In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:</li> <ul> <li>2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)</li> </ul> <li>State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date</li> </ul> One Medical providers also demonstrate: <ul> <li>A pas
