<p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> </p> <p><strong>Clinical Manager – Pediatrics | North Brunswick, NJ</strong></p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> $90,000- $95,000/ year</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | </p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong> PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) match</p> <p>BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick Pediatrics (NBP) office in North Brunswick, NJ. In this RN leadership role, you will lead and support a team providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric home care to clients and families throughout Middlesex County.</p> <p>As a nonprofit organization built on compassion, excellence, and reliability, BAYADA is committed to helping people live safely and comfortably at home. This Clinical Manager position is ideal for an RN who wants to provide clinical guidance, strengthen continuity of care, and make a meaningful impact on pediatric clients, families, and field staff.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses providing pediatric home care</li> <li>Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County</li> <li>Develop, review, and oversee individualized plans of care</li> <li>Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field</li> <li>Partner with clients, families, physicians, and field staff to support safe, consistent, and high-quality care</li> <li>Monitor client needs and help promote continuity of care across the service team</li> <li>Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff</li> <li>Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees</li> <li>Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing clinical support to field nurses</li> <li>Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, documentation, and service delivery</li> <li>Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives</li> <li>Support ongoing education and development for clinical staff</li> <li>Participate in hiring and employee development activities as needed</li> <li>Conduct occasional site visits, meetings, and community-engagement activities</li> <li>Model The BAYADA Way and help build a positive, mission-driven, team-oriented culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of RN experience</li> <li>Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to provide clinical leadership and support in a pediatric home-care environment</li> <li>Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits, staff support, meetings, and office needs</li> <li>Passion for supporting pediatric clients, families, and clinical teams</li> <li>Flexibility for occasional extended hours | Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement | Participation in an on-call rotation as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior supervisory or leadership experience</li> <li>Pediatric nursing experience</li> <li>Home care experience</li> <li>Experience supporting children with complex medical needs</li> <li>Trach and ventilator experience</li> <li>Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing RNs and LPNs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join BAYADA</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a mission-driven pediatric service line focused on helping children receive compassionate care at home</li> <li>Join a supportive, values-based nonprofit organization</li> <li>Build meaningful relations
