Your day may include:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care</li> <li>Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments</li> <li>Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution</li> <li>Supervise and support nursing staff in the field</li> <li>Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses</li> <li>Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff</li> <li>Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction</li> <li>Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Active <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> license</li> <li><strong>2+ years of RN experience</strong></li> <li>Pediatric nursing experience preferred</li> <li><strong>Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning</strong></li> <li>Supervisory or leadership experience a plus</li> <li>Home care experience preferred</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills</li> <li><strong>A growth mindset and desire to develop as a healthcare leader</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Grow Your Career with BAYADA:</strong></h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At BAYADA, we believe great leaders are developed.
