The facility supports complex, multi-client small-parcel and e-commerce fulfillment operations, with a workforce of approximately 500–700 employees during high-volume periods.</p> <h2 data-section-id="r8dte7" data-start="3900" data-end="3919">Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="3921" data-end="5034"> <li data-section-id="1nzz7rq" data-start="3921" data-end="4075">Lead high-volume warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, picking, sorting, packing, inventory control, returns, and outbound shipping.</li> <li data-section-id="miryi3" data-start="4076" data-end="4200">Manage and develop a large warehouse organization, including managers, supervisors, direct employees, and temporary labor.</li> <li data-section-id="cwigm4" data-start="4201" data-end="4302">Oversee workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, training, performance, attendance, and retention.</li> <li data-section-id="1b000oz" data-start="4303" data-end="4407">Translate customer forecasts and service requirements into labor, capacity, and daily operating plans.</li> <li data-section-id="1vv81ns" data-start="4408" data-end="4522">Monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, cost, and customer SLA performance.</li> <li data-section-id="1dc8qzw" data-start="4523" data-end="4619">Lead operational reviews and implement corrective actions when performance falls below target.</li> <li data-section-id="10g6ph6" data-start="4620" data-end="4715">Manage multiple customer requirements, workflows, order profiles, and shipping cut-off times.</li> <li data-section-id="av4uh2" data-start="4716" data-end="4821">Partner with HR, staffing agencies, transportation, customer service, IT, and account management teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1yse73e" data-start="4822" data-end="4930">Drive improvements in workflow, warehouse layout, labor productivity, quality, capacity, and cost control.</li> <li data-section-id="iwghge" data-start="4931" data-end="5034">Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and inventory security requirements.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1fm6vrb" data-start="5036" data-end="5053">Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="5055" data-end="5653"> <li data-section-id="l9e92x" data-start="5055" data-end="5114">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.</li> <li data-section-id="1t6a6n5" data-start="5115" data-end="5231">At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including management experience in a high-volume environment.</li> <li data-section-id="t6vqwz" data-start="5232" data-end="5341">Experience in small-parcel, e-commerce, fulfillment, multi-client, or 3PL operations is strongly preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="8h7j5a" data-start="5342" data-end="5414">Experience managing large teams, multiple shifts, and temporary labor.</li> <li data-section-id="1h8ke4b" data-start="5415" data-end="5508">Strong knowledge of labor planning, operational KPIs, customer SLAs, and inventory control.</li> <li data-section-id="1uofq1t" data-start="5509" data-end="5584">Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<
