We are looking for a LHCSA Staffing Specialist for our Licensed Home Care team in Albany, NY.<br><br></span><strong><em>This is an in-office based role with required travel to our Albany FreedomCare office on a daily basis.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Department &amp; Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>Our LHCSA Staffing Specialist possess a real passion for helping people, which is one of our company’s core values. As a LHCSA Staffing Specialist you will ensure our customers receive the level of care and attention they deserve. You'll pride yourself on your ability to problem solve and take ownership for each customer request ensuring that we always do the right thing for our members.</p> <p><strong>Every Day You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with our patients, caregivers and nurses to ensure HHA coverage for our patients’ needs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pair caregivers and patients together, using a thoughtful approach to ensure the best fit possible</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring our caregivers are providing the compassionate care plan developed by our nursing dept.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the HHA recruiter to find and select high quality home health aides</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keep the HHAs in compliance with regulatory requirements</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain files and records related to scheduling HHAs, including hours scheduled/worked, administrative records, and client rosters</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support business processes to regularly improve and streamline operations and our ability to provide a seamless, service-oriented experience for our valuable patients</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Will Possess:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years in a similar role</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in a LHCSA preferred; previous medical experience a plus</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">HHA Exchange software experience strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to think creatively and proactively to solve problems and improve processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven exceptional customer service skills; excellent
