<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>BAYADA Home Health Care</strong>&nbsp;is currently seeking an energetic and experienced&nbsp;<strong>Medical Social Worker, MSW,</strong>&nbsp;for a<strong> full time </strong>opportunity performing<strong> hospice visits</strong>&nbsp;<strong>our Norwich, VT hospice office.&nbsp;&nbsp;This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Windsor, Orange and Grafton, NH counties.</strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><strong>Territory is primarily between St. Johnsbury and Ludlow, VT.</strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;">Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
