IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, IT APPLICATIONS</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Senior IT Systems Administrator, you will serve as a key technical leader and Subject Matter Expert for our collaborative platforms—especially the full Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and more)—while architecting and maintaining critical integrations that connect SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, billing systems, and internal applications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will design, build, and support RESTful APIs,&nbsp;GraphQL&nbsp;endpoints, and webhooks with a strong focus on security, reliability, data transformation, and real-time synchronization.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;identify&nbsp;automation opportunities, implement monitoring and alerting, create clear documentation, and partner directly with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;also lead upgrades of Atlassian applications in large, clustered Linux environments, manage complex workflows and schemes, and help mentor others while working in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines deep technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in integrations and Atlassian administration with strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
