As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA PT you will:</p> <ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: normal; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, 'MS Sans Serif', SimSun, Hei, STHeiti, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; text-align: left;"> <li> <div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.</span></div> </li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agents.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/lpkoHoK9pCo" width="560" height="314"></iframe></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Compensation:</strong><br><em>Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status and subject to negotiation:</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>$65.00 - $70.00 per point (101,400 - $109,200 annual earning potential)</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Territory Differential for Lower Bucks County - $70.00 - $73.00 per point ($109,200 - $113,880 annual earning potential) plus quarterly retention bonus payout.&nbsp; </strong><em>Must meet productivity goals to receive retention bonus.&nbsp;</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What you should have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA.</li> <li>Previous home healthcare exp
